Customer at Harlow Supply says invoice #48213 charged the liftgate fee twice. They want a credit before they pay.
AI labs pay to license private records of how work actually gets done: the Slack threads, tickets, emails, ledgers and code history inside companies like yours. Answer a few questions and watch your estimate move.
Scrubbed and anonymized before anyone sees it. Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and account numbers are removed before a buyer gets even a sample. You approve exactly what’s included.
The question that came in, the back-and-forth, the fix someone tried first, and how it ended. That record lives in your company’s tools and nowhere else, so labs pay for licensed access to it.

Checked the load in the TMS. Accessorial was added at booking and again by the carrier’s bill. Issuing a credit memo for the second one.

Thanks. Can we stop this happening? Third one this month.

Found it: the rate table for Carrier 12 includes liftgate by default. Removed it and flagged their last 30 loads for review.
More years of history and more connected systems raise the price. A ticket linked to the Slack thread and the fix that closed it is worth more than any of the three alone.
Slack, Teams, Gmail, Outlook. How decisions get made, escalated and handed off.
Zendesk, Jira, Asana, ServiceNow. A problem, every step taken, and how it was resolved.
GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket. Why code changed, the review comments, and the bugs it fixed.
Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite. Deals won and lost, invoices, reconciliations and closes.
Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion. Contracts, procedures, proposals and reports.
ERP, TMS, WMS, practice management. The specialist workflows almost nobody else has on record.
About a minute. You see a range before you share any contact details.
A 30-minute call about what you have, what is off limits, and what labs are paying for right now.
Read-only export, customer and personal details removed, packaged to the buyer’s spec. You approve the scope in writing first.
You sign the license and get paid on close. Our fee is a share of the license fee, agreed up front. Nothing is due from you before then.
Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and account numbers are stripped before any sample leaves processing.
You choose the systems, date ranges and channels. Everything else stays out.
If a customer contract restricts use, we leave it out. We’ll tell you on the first call.
Permitted use, retention and resale are written into the license you sign. Exports are read-only, encrypted, and deleted on your schedule.
Software companies, recently closed startups, logistics operators, manufacturers, IT providers and agencies all qualify. If you’re not sure, get the estimate and ask on the call.
AI labs and the companies that build training data for them. They license it to teach models how real work is done.
Nothing up front. Our fee is a share of the license fee, agreed in writing before anything is shared.
No. After the NDA we set up read-only access, or walk your IT person through a one-time export. We handle cleaning and de-identification.
No. It’s a ballpark from your answers. The real number comes after we review what you actually have.
Usually three to six weeks from the first call to a signed license.
Often, yes, and closed companies are some of the cleanest sellers. If the workspace and repos still exist and you control them, get an estimate.
