These terms govern your use of blacktieagents.ai and the phone numbers and text-message services operated by Black Tie Agents, a brand of Hai Ventures LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731. By using them you agree to these terms.
SMS Terms
Black Tie Agents SMS Program. By calling a number we operate and having your call missed, by texting that number, or by checking the SMS consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, including replies to your questions and appointment confirmations and reminders. When we operate a number for a local business, the texts are sent on that business's behalf and identify it by name.
- Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from that number. Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@blacktieagents.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- We do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked for them.

Automated assistant
Some replies are written by an automated assistant working from information the business has approved. It does not quote prices or make commitments the business has not approved, and it hands the conversation to a person when it should. Appointment times offered by text are requests subject to the business's confirmation.
Demo line
Our public demo number shows how the service works using a fictional business. Calling or texting it will not book real service. Please do not send sensitive personal information to the demo line.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the site or our numbers: no unlawful content, spam, attempts to disrupt the service, or impersonation. We may block numbers or traffic that does.
Services for businesses
Businesses that use Black Tie Agents sign a separate agreement covering fees, setup, and responsibilities, including obtaining any consents their own customers require.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and demo are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Hai Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the demo, or text messages, and its total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
